Yea muslims are big on terrorism. They do it all the time. I don't think they are sleeper cells that have been activated as a result of the Iran war.

idk. We've been told that iran has thousands and thousands on stand by waiting to sow mass chaos.
We've killed 3 or 4 of their supreme leaders and so far we've gotten a couple of random events.
Sleeper cells are also supposed to blend into society and not raise suspicions until they are activated. The austin shooter is all over social media with anti-white/anti-semetic/anti-west/anti-christian posts. That ain't keeping a low profile in Pfluegerville, Texas my baw.
BTW the ODU terrorist is also not related to iran.

No, but I'd say they would at least have to be linked to Iran in some way to be considered a sleeper cell (of iran).
