Technology allows us to do homeschooling with rock star instructors. Who’s going to start the trend?

The public school system keeps a lot of thot teachers off the streets for 9 months out of the year.

How do students learn to weld, fix a car, etc. on a computer? Vocational training cannot be entirely done on a computer.
You just got me thinking..
Has there ever been a school shooting at a tech school?
Seems like it's usually a regular type High School.

Do liberals allow this in school anyway?

You assume incorrectly that tech has not reached public education.

Currently parents send their kids to schools full of children parented by strangers who might have been torturing theirs immediately prior to sending them off. Parents have no idea what kinds of horror stories other children at that school have witnessed or been victims of, or what kinds of mental illnesses they’re suffering.
Seems like a better idea to school in smaller groups where parents are more familiar with each other.

Yep. The only benefit to brick and mortar schools these days is socialization. I suppose it's good for kids to associate, make friends, etc. But as for "learning" I've learned far more in self-study since I got out of school than I ever did in school.
Web based education is the future I think.

Hear me out before downvoting. Other than defacto daycare for parents and steady paychecks for school related employees, why do hundreds of children need to be forced to gather by government in a defenseless environent on a daily basis? Small groups with scattered web based classrooms could probably learn just as well.
And before someone says ‘socialization’ I will just mention that children were able to socialize and form relationships before government mandated schools and they have even more options to do so today.
Many schools are garbage...but there are excellent schools that do a great job of preparing students for life. School is also a place where you learn to be a social member of your community.
The 8-3 model is antiquated and dumb. The optimal future is doing away with public schools and only having private schools that can choose whoever they want. Tax breaks or vouchers for those who are poor. Schools can choose however they want to educate and award diplomas. Hell you may choose to send your kid to different schools for different days of the week depending on what those schools offer.
