A divided GOP is a dead GOP and assuring DEMs keep control of the HOUSE. Historically speaking, the opposition party to the White House wins control of the HOUSE at the first 2year election. That is what is on the line for the GOP and should be the number 1 priority. She is testing the waters on a tactic to do that. May prove to be bad strategy, but something unique needs to happen to repair the rift. She is on record saying essentially Trump Policy is good. Here she is saying non-policy related actions not good.
