Really?

According to who?

Who was pushing whom regarding shutting down travel from China?
Regarding shutting down travel from Europe?
Regarding giving plaquenil a chance?
Regarding Chinese culpability?
Regarding kicking the incompetent CDC to the curb?
Regarding instituting public-private partnerships?
Regarding reopening, etc. etc. etc.????

Can you link me to your post criticizing the liberals and health commissioners that down played the virus and said Trump was overreacting and fear mongering and telling people it’s not serious and don’t be afraid to get out and enjoy life back in February and March...TIA

IDK man, you have to admit that the administration has been chasing the ball on this one throughout (vs being ahead of it).

Then he started parroting the millions will die nonsense.

Perspectives change with new information. The WHO fed him false data. He relied on the expert opinion of, you know, experts. Are you suggesting that he should have ignored those experts? Yhat seems unwise to me.

Your shitty post makes me wonder if you are a flat Earther.

His guidelines for reopening are pretty bad also

Can you list them one at a time and then show what they should be?

Should never have shut things down. Every step has been wrong besides the vent and hospital stuff. He knows how to get CEO's do work for him, but this should never have been needed economically.

They don't have to be listed to know they're wrong.

There's only one guideline needed, and if it's not "everybody back to work" - then it's wrong.

The mistake Trump made is that he based nationwide policy based on NYC. I understand why since he is a NYC guy, but man it was wrong.

Still voting for him though and not demnentia Joe.

When? Be specific.

Trump ran and complied models and data? Impressive. He wrote the policy himself? You’re obtuse for ignoring the many experts and officials that came to that decision on models and forecasts.

The big problem with the guidelines is that to progress from phase to phase they require no increase and possibly even continual decreases in case numbers despite restrictions being relaxed, even if hospital systems are far from being taxed. That simply isn't going to happen unless summer really does cause this thing to fizzle out temporarily. It's also completely counterproductive to the goal of "flattening the curve".

The Federal Government ties funding and money to the behavior of states all of the time. Posting “Free Michigan” while also lambasting Kemp means he’s full of shite or doesn’t even know his own position on the matter.

4D chess. MAGA strong. He’s going to give the Dims more testing than they could ever want but we have to clear out some more black voters first. Trust in Low IQ Donny.

I would have loaded up on tests in Jan & Feb
In Jan & Feb the CDC said they had tests in hand.
They said the CDC would produce the most and the best tests in the world.

Fauci, the NIH, Johns Hopkins, and every US pandemic "expert" told Trump the CDC was the world's premier agent in dealing with a pandemic. They told him to trust the CDC.

Are you saying Trump should have ignored every US pandemic "expert", and done his own thing?

You are forwarding that opinion and want to be taken seriously?

He hasn’t done the best job, but I’d be shitting my pants if Democrats or god forbid Bernie Sanders were in charge. I really think they would have listened to WHO more than the Republicans did and let identity politics get in the way of Americans safety. And if it were Bernie, we’d be in Red October and he’d try to implement communism for good. We’d be eating our pets by July if Bernie were in office right now.

So I don’t see the alternative to Trump. Could have done some things better, but I don’t see any Democrat with the exception of Tulsi Gabbard doing better than him. I’d give Trump a 5 out of 10.
