Ok. Are you happy or not happy with the SC decisions?

I am.

I’m not happy enough to give the country away though. Our liberty faces an existential threat. Democrats are the enemy. But we can’t fight the enemy when those leading our party are actually in bed with the enemy. That’s what the GOPe has done.

It’s now or never time.

The moneyG dude said yesterday that 20% of MAGA won't vote for DeSantis. I think he is right.

I don’t think I referenced that yesterday.

I’ve always estimated it at 10-20%

I’m aware you have trouble with logical thought but I’ll go over this again with you.

I’ve been here since 2009 and have something like 58k posts. Think about that really hard and then ask yourself if you think I’m an alter.

Bobb the Groomer just backs himself into a corner and calls people an alter as a coping mechanism.

So then you can’t vote for trump either. You keep ignoring that Trump and Graham are working together again as well as Trump having literal GOPe aids from the Bush’s team working for him.

People have alters forever. that really doesn’t prove anything.

If you say you aren’t him I’d believe it. Someone else pointed it out though. And I’ve noticed you haven’t denied it even when being asked.

I quite literally just told you who made the claim.

I’m certainly voting for Trump. I hate Graham. And I hate Bush.

Do you hate Graham? Do you hate Bush? Do you hate Paul Ryan?

And that’s why you’re a hypocrite. You’ve flat out said in this very thread you agree with Ron’s policies but refuse to vote because of supposed GOPe ties…..which Trump also has.

If you truly believed in your convictions, you couldn’t vote for trump either.

You don’t understand.

The GOPe is pushing against Trump and for Desantis. Desantis has said nothing about the desire to remove or remake the party. In fact, his one comment that’s as supposed to be a sledgehammer actually showed he didn’t agree that the GOPe itself was a problem.

One of those things would need to be different for me to vote for Desantis. Either he would have to indicate he’s in opposition to GOPe. Or the GOPe would behave in a way that made me conclude that Desantis would be bad for their objectives.

moneyGoebbels is just like the rest of them, playing at being a conservative. Don't let him fool you into a serious discussion.

Irony at its finest is that your fevered support of Trump ensures a lib majority on the SpCrt 5 years from now.

No. It’s your fevered opposition of Trump…even as you admitted he’s going to win the nomination.

Be right and brag you predicted Trump’s loss. Be wrong and enjoy the fruits of Trump’s labor. Fun Bunch wins either way lol.

There is no nuance or logic behind any of it. It goes for both the never Trump and only Trump tribes. It is weird how much both sides have tied there entire political identity and ideology behind one man (a sinner like all of us), who happens to be 76.

And FTR, I will most definitely be voting for Trump if he is the nominee, like I did in 16 and 20. But if DeSantis is the nominee, I am voting for him.

Bingo.

Add to that most GOPe are advocates for bigger government. They like to spend. They want to keep the federal $$$ rolling. So does Trump.

That is how I see it.

I really don't care that Trump loathes the establishment types and the establishment types loathe Trump. Not in my purview.

No. I absolutely understand. You’re willing to criticize Desantis but turn a blind eye to Trump quite literally having the GOPe work for him.

You can keep denying it but every step of the way you’ve been telling on yourself.

I think this is completely wrong.

I’m more against the GOPe than I am for Trump. There is a huge miscalculation about a big segment if Trump voters. The premise of this thread is a tribal one in that you assume all Trumo voters would naturally vote for any Republican.

That is just wrong. You don’t realize that a lot of Trump voters have left the Republican Party because it has been disloyal to its constituents and their values for decades. They HATE THE Republican Party.

The party did that. It’s their fault. Only Trump has kept them in the fold.

The Trump base that has turned on Desantis did so because he didn’t take opposition to the GOPe. That base was disappointed…because there was hope that he was actually MAGA at one time.

It’s done. He chose the GOPe and he will live or die with that decision.
