A policeman was on the scene. The illegals had actually stolen things. And the policeman said that the illegals actually went onto Horn’s property.

I will go out on a limb and say that what the McMichaels did was far worse than anything the victim is purported to have done even if Arbery had lived.

Arbery at worse is/was guilty of trespassing on a construction site . At most a fine. The McMichael baws would have been guilty of aggravated assault and attempted illegal imprisonment. The citizen arrest statute did not apply here.

They acted with careless and malicious disregard towards Arbery. If I were a local judge I would remand without bail. That's how fricked up they acted. I would also make sure that they never get thrir 2nd Amenfment rights back until dad is in the grave and junior is racked with arthritis

Vigilantes are more dangerous than the criminals they deliver "justice" to.

Exactly, right.

It’s ridiculous to ascribe to someone in that situation what their response is always going to be. I’m not vested in it. I just think that I don’t understand what a person might think their options actually are in the situation.

Like said. If you want to argue Arbury felt threatened and HAD to attack, fine.

But, that he attacked isn't even questionable at this point.

Unless Junior teleported, you literally see them make contact with each other in a sight line LEFT of the cab of the truck. Not only that. Arbury goes wide and then HARD left.

Looked more like the Cat brand from Walmart?

Watch the video. Here's a screenshot:

He's wearing tennis shoes of some variety, but he's not wearing boots as was the popular theory yesterday from a pixilated pic.

He's got the hillbilly mouthbreather coming at him from around the corner.

Just googled it, yea there was a plain clothes officer that was in site of the shooting, his testimony would seem to hurt Joe Horn, as he said that Joe shot at least one of them in the back.

Timberlands would have gone better with his long cargo running/training shorts.

I guess if you are out stealing you should wear sneakers though.

I think you're under the impression that I think he was just out for a jog?

Cool story

As I said. If you want to argue he felt he HAD to INITIATE, that's fine.

But, that Arbury DID initiate contact isn't even debatable at this point.

Arbery had every right to mount an affirmative even aggressive defense once McMichael gets out of a truck with weapon in hand.

Like your cool story that the mouthbreather was just chilling on the left side of the car with his shotgun when arbery made a HARD left turn around the right side and made a long run into a shotgun blast to the stomach.

No offense, but that's a skewed description of what happened.

OK.

Like I've said 10 times now. If you want to make that argument, fine.

But, I'm just going to ignore anyone and everyone who pretends that Arbury did NOT "mount and affirmative/aggressive defense".

If people are just going to ignore what is obvious in video, then, conversation has to stop.
