The 2–1 ruling by the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit paused a previous decision by Judge Brian Murphy of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, who ruled in February that the government’s policy was illegal.

there should be a 3 strike rule for these lawfare judges legislating from the bench. The 3rd time the appellate court strikes down one of these bogus rulings from an activist judge, they should be forced to permanently step down from the bench.
