This is the setting off point. I hated the lawfare under Biden and so many other District Court / Appeals Court rulings prior.
However, when we get to the point where the Executive ignores the USSC, then we have an Emperor and no longer a Federal Republic with checks and balances.

This is dumb. "Let's waste money bringing him back and going through courts just so we can deport him again. The results will be the same but we'll at least get to feel good about how more dedicated to the process we are than to actual outcomes."
