Doesn't matter, he'll just change gears to attack who appointed him as the FBI director instead of addressing the fact that Biden admin is right now, in real time, before our very eyes calling the Constitution a threat to the national security and that apart from anything having to do with Trump, the GOP, or conservatives, that RIGHT NOW the current regime and the extreme Left poses an existential threat to the United States.

OK, you're a bit slow. I'll try really hard to explain. The issue was 'hate speech laws'. He said both sides do it. That refers to a TACTIC, not a specific law.
Here is a simple example:
X is for killing people who murder.
Y is for killing everyone I don't like.
Me: 'Y kills more than X'
You: 'Y and X have the SAME policy for murder.'
Don't you feel really stupid?
