You don’t think the right uses the same tactic?

Doesn't matter, he'll just change gears to attack who appointed him as the FBI director instead of addressing the fact that Biden admin is right now, in real time, before our very eyes calling the Constitution a threat to the national security and that apart from anything having to do with Trump, the GOP, or conservatives, that RIGHT NOW the current regime and the extreme Left poses an existential threat to the United States.

When the fed gov says the constitution is preventing them from doing things, then the constitution is working as designed.

A Republican Speaker voting against warrant requirements for American citizens after this very process was blatantly abused to spy on @realDonaldTrump and his campaign is beyond the pale.

Now do Matt Gaetz

Now do Donald Trump

Do you know what the term 'false equivalence" means?

Is it a false equivalence when discussing the same law being re-authorized in the past?

Which I said was an unsubstantiated tweet and not an official government memo.

I linked a direct source myself ITT. Keep reading.

Voted the same as in 2018.

I wonder which form of glasses Higgins wore today to show how serious he was about this vote.

I edited that post to change reps to Republicans. Carter the lone Democrat representative in Louisiana voted no.

Anyone who voted for this in 2018 or 2024 should be ousted.

OK, you're a bit slow. I'll try really hard to explain. The issue was 'hate speech laws'. He said both sides do it. That refers to a TACTIC, not a specific law.
Here is a simple example:
X is for killing people who murder.
Y is for killing everyone I don't like.
Me: 'Y kills more than X'
You: 'Y and X have the SAME policy for murder.'

Don't you feel really stupid?

Understood. I was just clarifying something he did not say.
