this is the definitive proof that DEMs are the true racists. They honestly believe that blacks are inferior people - that they are only useful for their votes.
DEMs never do anything that will actually improve the lot of poor blacks. In fact they block every policy that would actually allow them to escape the ghetto which the DEMs use as their 21st century plantation.
Conservatives are the only ones who think that blacks could compete on a fair basis if only the DEMs would stop poisoning the minds of their children, holding the parents in perpetual poverty, and using them like a used condom every election cycle.

Amazingly, many still seem to completely buy into this. It's unfathomable. It's a pretty easily verified fact that this won't happen.
