Seems to me if you're here illegally, you do not have United States Constitutional rights. Out you go....GTFO

Newsflash: Even if 10,000 people witness and record video of you murdering a child in the middle of Times Square, you have United States Constitutional rights.

It's an opinion, not a fact, and it's nothing more than fear porn. Fear is an emotion.

Thats logical. Not emotional.

The primary issue now is relevancy. This has nothing to do with our 4th Amendment, administrative warrants, or your fear porn

What does that have to do with whether or not people proved to be non-US citizens are still protected by the constitution?

So still the only thing interesting about this article corrupt lawyers advising their clients to break the law with no consequence.

I think we can wrap this one up.

You can say silly things 1000 times and it doesn't make it true or correct.

So if any evidence of a crime were uncovered as part of execution of this administrative warrant , it would be inadmissible in a criminal trial, correct?

Under DHS' apparent theory - no. The agents have properly entered the residence with their Administrative Warrant.

Good thing I was 100 percent correct on the first try.

I can see how a person who can't read good would make that claim. You just keep displaying the disability.

About your emotional-bases rhetoric claim. Jesus Christ, you said it like 5 or 10 minutes ago. Youre like a damn goldfish.

When fear stops being an emotion, then I'll be wrong. As of this post, it's still an emotion, so I'm not wrong.

The officer also has probable cause.

Probable cause of what exactly? If the officer has probable cause to justify an arrest, he can get a neutral federal judge to sign off on a warrant.

Following the logic in this thread, if a Democrat wins and declares a group like the NRA as a terrorist organization and orders the ATF to issue themselves administrative warrants to detain everyone who donated to them as materially contributing financial support to a terrorist organization then that is totally fine.
