What? She doesn’t want people voting on her legislation if it wasn’t going to pass? Then why did she introduce it?
If she thinks it’s a waste of time to vote on it in order to make people going on record, she knows the American people don’t want it and it’s a losing proposition. Why the hell would she introduce it?
