Where the heck are you going to get away from that? the Moon?
Entitlement and victim mentalities are world-wide. I've been to a quite a few countries courtesy of the Army and almost every US state.
No matter where you go, you will have the vocal people spewing their crap.
You can't run away and hide from it, it will find you.
The best thing you can do is stand on your principles for what you believe in, protect your Family and raise your kids the best that you can.
I moved from the South about 25 years ago to a small conservative town in Arizona and as much as I love it here, I wouldn't hesitate to move back to the South in a moments notice.
If you are looking for a change in scenery, then by all means move. If you are looking for an escape from the progressive left voices, I wish you luck and hope you will tell me where you found this place.

Trust me, you DO NOT WANT TO MOVE NORTH. I live in Massachusetts, and you don't want to move anywhere on the coast from Virginia to Maine.

Is anyone else here having similar contemplations?

Where are you going to go that's more conservative than the south?

Yep. You need to get out of the liberal hell holes like Georgia and move to a place like California which has conservative values at its core. Perhaps right outside San Francisco?

Coeur d'Alene is now the new Jackson Wyoming. As nice as almost all of Idaho is I would seriously suggest anyone considering it spend a winter....from September until July....before buying anything....seriously winter in Idaho is different....even in the banana belt it ain't pleasant. I love Idaho and I love it in Winter but there is NO way I would live in 95% of Idaho in the winter. I will visit but 8 months of crap every year???? No way...

Been looking at real estate in Montana. Don't know if it will ever go any further, but I'm pondering getting far away from the South.

Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming are some of the most conservative states in the country.

I guess that could make for an awkward moment, when you arrive at your predominantly white utopia, and you explain to your new neighbor why you fled Georgia, and he discovers that you brought one of the people you are fleeing from with you.

You don’t have to leave the South. Rural Kentucky is waiting.

Don't move to WV or western Pa. They have people being annoying and playing the victim card here too. Plus the food here is terrible.

As more and more of this happens, the polarization of our country will continue. Eventually there will be two separate America’s
