Anyone stocking up for a potential food shortage?

People said I was too late a few months ago after I had been reading about potential food shortage for almost 2 years. Finally caved. Worst comes to worst, I will eat the hell out of it.
I live in a suburb, so hunting and gardening is out of the question. My mom does live in the Finger Lakes in Upstate NY. Great place to escape to, not that I think it will happen.
I’ve got 4 months worth of non perishable food. Patriot Supply, 2000 calories per day. 100 cans of 12.5 oz cans of chicken (PRO TIP: cheapest is at Walmart in the 4 packs…2.50 per can each. That shite is 3.50 min for 10 oz and they run well over $4 now). 4 massive bags of protein powder, the weight gaining kind. Two large cans of powdered milk.
Oh, and a Big Berkey Filter for the ultimate clean water. boared could shite in it and it would come out clean.. I just bought that for clean water, but it can be very useful. Uses gravity.
What am I missing bruhs? Vegetables. Soap. Toothpaste (got some). There are some good YouTube vids on this.
Let’s use this thread for ideas as fall/winter approach. The sooner the better with prices skyrocketing. Also, look out for deals for those online outfits.
My walk-in closet is ruined

I have a small stockpile. Mostly stocking up on ammo so I can just take other people's shite.

I mean, do people not pay attention to what’s going on around the world? Are they blind to the trends we are seeing? I’ve got extra money. Seems like a decent idea. I’m happy with it. That’s all that matters

It's not dumb, because hyperinflation is here. This country is one retarded green initiative away from really turning into a third-world country overnight. Gas cap EO's and more electric car endorsements is what i think will do it.
But it's not dumb, because, with the volatility of prices, you can just get a large store of food to just lock in prices since nothing is guaranteed when it comes to the market/economy.
