My son and a couple of his buddies started a Turning Point chapter at their high school here in a burb of Memphis. Took them a long time to find a teacher that would sponsor them. After they got it up and running it was the largest high school chapter for turning point in the country.

No kids of our own but I texted my 16 yr old nephew. He and his friends are familiar with CK and in disbelief over this.

I’m a huge Auburn fan by my 20 year old is a student at Bama and a bama fan. Charlie was supposed to be on campus next Wednesday there to debate the abortion topic.
A family friend from our parish was heavily involved in TP at the University of Alabama. My son is extremely upset. We can only pray that they channel their anger and disillusionment over this violent act towards a positive end.
