I would be willing to bet that that bitch doesn't get her hands dirty.

I’m surprised she hasn’t just outed herself regarding her obvious health issues. It would likely be a net positive in terms of garnering some sympathy and even respect in terms of her resiliency in the face of adversity.
Of course the negative is that at this point it would underline her lack of credibility since she lied about the health stuff for so long. Still, most people already have made up their mind about her moral character.
I think the only 2 reasons she is still trying to keep it secret is that 1) She is just THAT vain, as only a full-on narcissist can be, and 2) She is holding out hope that she can run for office again.
