I almost lost my dad twice this week. Mother in law about to pass as well. This sucks, but the issues closer to home take precedent.

Totally agree but things are getting dangerous for conservatives and just normal people.

I just feel gutted for the Guys’s wife and children. Knowing that they will grow up without a father and potentially constantly having to see the video of their dad‘s death is just horrible to think about.
The only kind of saving grace is I have absolute assurance that he was the kind of person who has been receiving into a much better place. I heard on many of his videos that he would publicly proclaim the gospel and the importance of the knowledge of Jesus Christ. We are sad here, he is rejoicing with the king of kings

I decided to go to church and make a holy hour. Mostly for Charlie and his family but partly to help ease my unhinged thoughts.

Yeah, my stomach dropped when I read about this. Have only felt that kind empty a few times involving high profile deaths. This one is probably the most shocking.

I am fearful of what tomorrow may bring. Just seems like shite is being ratcheted up.

Yes, and admittedly fearful.

Get a gun and learn how to use it.

I can't speak for LS... but my fearfulness comes from a place of understanding this is a victory today for a certain, sick segment of our society. That their victory will inspire more attempts of the same nature- they have tasted blood now and will lust for more.

Whoever did this thing is basking in the knowledge that he beloved for his actions... adored, appreciated, worshipped. Every demon longs for worship. More will try to earn it.

Only other time I felt this bad for someone I don’t know was when I heard Stevie Ray Vaughan died.

Yes, and fearful that this brutal murder will trigger more violent acts against conservative leaders, whether elected or not.

Today’s news has hit me hard as well. Kirk co-hosted Fox & Friends about a month ago and I really am glad that I watched that day.

It is a very sad day, even for those that don’t know it yet.

I’ve felt sick since I heard the news. He was a decent man who simply wanted to debate. The fact that this is somehow punishable by death in this country has been difficult for me to come to grips with.

Prayers for Charlie and prayers for his family.

My bloods boiling at the reactions to it by the demonic liberals.

I am turning into the person I never thought I’d be. I’m sure many law abiding citizens are feeling the same way right now.

Yes, I am taking a break from the news for a while. I am redlining on the rage meter.

I am not in a good mood. Obviously, for the loss of such a young and bright star, but the mood of the country and the segment of people celebrating this has me in a very unusual state.

Anyone who is trying to be flippant about this and pretend it’s no big deal, be glad you’re not around me.

Sick to my stomach about his death and absolutely disgusted and enraged about the reaction from leftists.

And their reaction is representative of the mindset that emboldens people to think violence is justified.
