Libertarianism is just a vague concept that ranges from complete anarchy to John mcafee to a former Massachusetts governor. It’s not compatible with really anything. But I guess you have to call yourself something and libertarian is as good a name as any.

Libertarianism exists in a fantasy world where your "nation" isn't under threat from Islamic terror, mass third-world immigration, and leftist nutjobs.
A truly Libertarian country would last maybe a decade at most in this current world.

Bush turned me into a libertarian on many issues. I’m still registered as a Republican but, I do that so I can vote in Florida’s closed primaries.

The only problem I have is if I vote a Libertarian and the "almost" conservative candidate loses, we are screwed. For real. It has to happen very quickly. Like in one voting cycle. Then I'm all in.

Yep. We need more of Just authority and not less of it. People need to fall in line and serve the needs of their country before their selfish selves.
