LOL, just saw a notification from Truth Social that AOC wants to seize assets today. Says there's a risk of political corruption if they don't... Implying shady transactions through Truth Social to raise the money.

well you have to think that through, doing that means years in court settling things and you dont want your only liquid assets properties involved with shite they can stall and make last forever to resolve.

I watched a Fox News clip that stated if the NY AG office were to seize his property, they’d have to wade through multiple owners because Trump doesn’t own the land his properties are built on. Furthermore, there’s multiple investors with each property.
The AG office would then be responsible for administering the properties becoming the de facto landlord for condo properties. James’s office doesn’t have the manpower or funds to do that.
They’ll seize his bank accounts because that’s the easiest to manage. And that’s it.

If the judge was smart, he'd reduce the security to 100 million. Trump would be able to get a bond for that.

Such a ridiculous bond amount, anyone one else facing these charges would not have been presented with such an astronomical bond price! They don't realize that this only makes him stronger.

Trump could just declare bankruptcy, then the judgment gets stayed.
People are saying that would be a huge PR hit, but he could easily spin it as his only response to lawfare.
Bankruptcy could have other implications for him, like triggering a default on other loans or something. Still, it should be an option to consider.
