That's exactly my point.
The outcomes are related to skill and ability, not "wanting to win" for some particular person or reason. They ran back the kickoffs because New England special teams have sucked all year. It had nothing to do with "wanting" it for the unhealthy teammate, even though that's how it is spoon fed to us. It's not even a fun exercise and is incredibly insulting.
