He's lying. He talks about they, yet he shot just one guy with no repercussions from others. Then he throws in the POC comment which is a search for justification in this atmosphere. Finally the dead guy was unarmed and therefore no threat to kill anyone. And the video shows no action on his part to attack anyone.
