Portland DA is absolutely dedicated to the cause. Less sure about outlying areas.

Not all. A neighbor growing up near me (808bass might know him) has been in the FBI for 25 years and married a wealthy woman. He has about a million bucks tied up in Uzis and other weapons. My friends, my family and my Army buddies from 20 years are armed to the freaking gills.

FFS, when I'm in Seattle, I stay in Lynnwood and my hotel is 20 feet from the trail mentioned in the article. I walk it sometimes late at night when having a lung dart. Would be fun to catch one of the fricks in the act.
