Good question.
I guess when you inorganically force unmarketable technology down peoples’ throats via political kickbacks, those companies, facing inevitable failure, don’t have an issue bending the rules all over again to stay afloat.

They were Democrat party campaign fund schemes.
Push a ton of federal money into friendly businesses that turn around and push it back into PACs, foundations and candidates campaign coffers.
