Over the last couple years SFR companies actually shifted to Section 8 housing because the section 8 rental rates greatly exceed market rental rates.
They were moving section 8 tenants into houses all over the DFW suburbs.
Now it will be up to mom and pops to supply the section 8 housing. It will be much more fragmented.

I'm tired of our idiot politicians having bills that have a 1000 items in them that no one really wants. Everyone can say "that politician" voted for such and such bc there are so many add-ons for every bill. Why can't they do simple crap and have a bill that is plain and simple, not 3000 pages???? I'm probably against EVERY bill bc all of the add on crap.

Yes. All forms of collectivism - fascism, socialism, and communism - have lost any claim to efficiency, which was a major part of their early appeal, along with equality of prosperity. Now they are about punishing the rich even as that means the poor and middle classes do worse, too.
