I made mention of this little factory the other day when Mike Davis was on Bannon's show and he was saying that Weissman went and helped orchestrate MAL raid in 2022....despite the fact that he was not working for the government for like 2 or 3 years prior to the raid.

So much bullzhit and easily provable misinfo

Weismann (and Clapper,. Brennan, Comey, Page, Strozk, etc.) being out of governmetn so long with no way to be part of a conspiracy is going to make that "dot connecting" very difficult. From the beginning of CFH until now you have 4 separate admins (Obama, Trump, Biden, and Trump) and completely different groups of unrelated people along the way. The first Trump admin is going to make this REAL hard, b/c to have that conspiracy ongoing you're going to need to find that connective tissue in his admin, as none of the CFH crew was in government. 5 years runs to November 9, 2020. Considering so much of this purported conspiracy was centered around the election in 2020, the SOL has run for many of those overt acts by this time.

Hey, I see some progress with your post here.

You’ve finally moved past the, “Guys, guys, guys - yall are so stupid for believing in this conspiracy to take down Trump. It never happened.”

Now you’re all up in here with, “guys, it doesn’t matter that it happened. SOL has made this a moot issue. “

Next, you will be saying “well, ok. Brennan probably needs to have a suspended sentence.”

How so many people believe such obvious lies is quite scary

Where? He hasn't held a government job since 2019. Learn more, please.

You aren't reading, clearly.

Also, for the purposes of the discussion, I'm giving the crazies their red meat and saying CFH could be criminally actionable. The larger point is that, even with that being given to your side (within this discussion), the case against a guy like Weissmann is incredibly tenuous.

What's worse is that a guy like Mike Davis exposes this crap when it is demonstrably and factually not true....and Davis is an attorney who ostensibly should know the truth.

In short he's a lying sack of shite just trying to get clicks for himself an Steve Bannon.

......and I frickin hate Weissman and all things in the Mueller probe

I've always thought that Weissmann was running that "investigation" more than Mueller.

We'll see what happens. Dude is a first-class slimeball.

He probably was

That was a legally-appointed SC investigation that exonerated Trump. It is going to be hard to argue it did anything other than kill any conspiracy at the time once it was formed.

Nobody is going to jail. This is all red meat for Trump’s gullible base. Good lord.

Tenuous is a kind word. FOOKING stooped to even think it. Because depending on the context he's running an investigation authorized by Trump's Deputy AG in Rosenstein where Trump ends up being cleared .....or he's being fingered for things involved with MAL and the documents.....when he was not working for the government and thus had NO power

What kind of retarded reasoning is this? The outcome of an investigation has no bearing on the actions of any potential conspirators. Seriously, how fricking stupid are you?

How can a legally-formed SC investigation further an illegal conspiracy?

quote:

The outcome isn't as important as the formation/actions.

Legally-formed SC that did legal actions. How is that a furtherance of an illegal scheme? Trump's own administration created the SC, is his administration now part of the RICO enterprise?

This doesn't necessarily follow. And you know this. You're just being retarded, per usual.

What was illegal about the formation and actions of the Mueller investigation?

That's what the frickin subpoenas are for, numb nuts. Investigating a well known, corrupt lawyer involved in the investigation. Obviously. The lengths you try to go to to win internet points are absolutely absurd.

These guys aren’t as confident when cases take place outside of DC or NOVA.

Thats for the big boy prosecutors to figure out. Maybe you should call and offer your expert insight instead of wasting it here!

Who could have predicted that response?

Nobody has answered with any sort of detail or specificity, friend.

I just get general "conspiracy" comments and then "well that's what they're working on now", typically.
