Andrew Napolitano Tells Newsmax Trump Will Be Indicted: ‘It Pains Me to Say It’

Many people including pro Trump conservatives believe he will be indicted.
They will have a democratic grand jury in DC, which will definitely convict him
The question is will they throw him in jail if he is indicted and convicted?

And this is why I think the administration is banging the drum about MAGA Republicans being “extremist” as they want to pre condition people to their taking action against any push back on indictment of Trump.

I always am a skeptic of “that could top things off” but things could really tip off if they try to do that.

Indicted for what? It would be nice if he would provide the charge.
And if indicted and the case is held in Florida Trump will be not guilty. If the case is held in DC, Trump will be guilty. Then he will appeal.
But from the git-go, there are all kinds of 4th and 5th amendment technicalities the DOJ prosecutors have to plow through. Their case, whatever the charge, is already in complete shambles just based on constitutional technicalities.
And if indicted and the case is held in Florida Trump will be not guilty. If the case is held in DC, Trump will be guilty. Then he will appeal.

Trump leaves this hoax unscathed and the DOJ/FBI will end up looking worse than they already do.
Heads roll in January 2025 when he’s President again.

As ridiculous as it is Napolitano is probably right. They have no real case against him but they'll indict him just so they can continue to paint him as a criminal to the stupid sheep in this country. Anything to slander him for 2024. The mockingbird media needs its talking points and propaganda so they can continue to brainwash the idiots that watch that crap. The leftist scum wouldn't have gone this far with it unless they were willing to go all the way.
