I wonder how much of that decision by Amazon was based on the estimated cost of the stickers required to label the items they deliver that are "Made in Chyna."

We need a nice boycott on Amazon and the vendors with Amazon will migrate to EBAY and others to sell their products. FK them!

Most people who buy from Amazon buy many of the same products regularly. It's not like the average person can't look at their order history or just use memory to see what products are increasing in price.

A lot of product prices are all over the damn place anyway and change frequently and drastically. I buy the 4-pack of Sawyer MINI water purification filters pretty frequently. Sometimes they're $120 but of you watch your cart you can find them for <$70 at the right time. That's about the best deal you can get anywhere on earth.

Could be a driver, but I bet they got pressure from the ChiComs as well. This policy would be a red flag on all Chinese made products...no pun intended.

So, a President isn't allowed to comment when a multibillion dollar corporation does something as a direct response to his policies?

What part of small government says the President doesn't have the right to speak about a corporation's policies? Supporting small government means you don't want the President signing a law preventing Amazon from displaying tariffs. It has nothing to do with a President discussing it, unless you have TDS.

We still believe in freedom of speech, right?

They didn't cave. The administration fell for fake news and responded to it.

This is abundantly clear.

Why celebrate bending the knee to the mad king? This is not America anymore. Can’t even see what you’re being taxed because it hurts Trumps feelings? People are still gonna notice they’re paying more because of his moronic tariffs.

It’s like clapping after a toddler throws a tantrum in the toy isle and gets his way.

1st Amendment was designed to protect the citizen FROM the government, not the government from criticism for the idiotic things they say and do.

I clicked on this thread in hopes of seeing astounding photos of Karst topographic features along the Amazon in South America. I am greatly disappointed.

I'll vote for Vance, DeSantis, Rubio, whoever, but Don Jr? I'd vote third party.

Why was amazon doing something anti trump?

As steven Miller asked- why won't amazon out the cost increase for products made in california that have ridiculous regulations?

I think they should. They should show exactly how much labor, material, taxes, shipping, everything contribute to the price of a products.

Problem is, our uneducated populace would ignore those numbers and blame CEOs and their salaries anyway.

I'm just confused as shite as to when doing somehting anti china became doing something anti trump. Labeling shite as from china and showing how much more it costs to buy chinese is anti china and I thought pro trump. How the hell did you dipshits get yourselves so fricking turned around that now you're pro china?

Right. If higher prices due to tariffs are so popular, why should you want them hidden?
