Are you really arguing Trump is that much of a powerless pussy? He is so weak he couldn't negotiate the return? Is that really the hill you want to die on?
What evidence do you have that says he's not doing that?
Had the supreme court meant "negotiate", surely they would have used negotiate instead of facilitate.

SFP knows he's being dishonest. Hell, the entire left know they are being dishonest on this one.
They don't care.

Wait....we criticize judges and their rulings, until it's your judges and rulings you like do the deed. So you love it when the 5th Circuit rules in a way you see as consistent with "conservative" jurisprudence, but you are appalled when the 9th Circuit pulls in a more "progressive" manner. So we leave coffee stains all over.
On health care, you got what you wanted and asked for, despite not remembering you asked for it. Truly, look at the debate in 1993-4 and listen to what was being said by those opposing Hillarycare. We got it largely....and then we also got the structure of important components of Hiidawg's plan.

buI am seeing a power play against the judiciary.....and a lack of respect towards it.
Democrats were calling the Supreme Court illegitimate not too long ago.

That is not what the guy is arguing at all, but you know that.
The powerless pussies spend all day whining on message boards about Trump.

At the same time they ignored when Obama and Biden clearly shredded the constitution.

The Supreme Court has stated, 9-0, that the District Court "properly requires the Government to 'facilitate' Albrego Garcia's release from custody in El Salvador and to ensure that his case is handled as it would have been had he not been improperly sent to El Salvador." The bolded portion seems to be omitted from these discussions. The High Court goes on to tell the Government that it "should be prepared to share what it can concerning the steps it has taken and the prospect of further steps."
No matter how one wants to spin it, the Supreme Court is saying the Government committed a wrong in deporting Garcia. But what I think is under-discussed is that the Government has options to address Garcia's situation even while complying with the full letter and even spirit of the ruling. They could return him for a hearing to challenge the 2019 "withholding order" and seek to have him legally deported to El Salvador. They could begin proceedings to have him deported somewhere else. As I understand it, the withholding order only prohibited deportation to El Salvador.
True MAGA believers may not care, but MAGA lites, centrists, conservatives, constitutionalists, and so forth are likely to be turned off by the administration's refusal to deal with Garcia in a lawful way.
The story should be that this administration has been wildly successful in bringing illegal immigration to a near halt. Instead, the story is going to continue be the administration's lawlessness when it doesn't have to be that way.

Well....yeah. Are you suggesting that if I agree with one ruling I have to agree with all of them?
The judiciary has been out of control for some time now and we're simply seeing Scalia's predictions play out. That is the political environment, created by activism, that politically allows Trump to do what he's doing.

Man, ain’t none of these haters got anything specific to say, ever. It all goes back to orange man bad. Which is a very real phenomenon. Same as TDS is a very real phenomenon. He’s a hair trigger for crazy people. They hop from silly shite to silly shite every day. It’s just the truth. Not even hyperbole there. Everyone knows it’s true. The only question is whether the most affected will ever be able to heal after he’s off the scene.
That’s my opening post for the day, and maybe the most accurate even. Maybe I should just retire for the day because it can’t get any more truthful and accurate than that. All due respect to everyone and whatnot and so on and so forth and such and what have you.

Nope, just arguing he's not going to try very hard to get one of your illegal MS13 butt buddies back in the states.
If they were someone of actual value a good attempt would be made. Pick your queer buddies better next time.
