Is this a good reason for flock cameras?
I honestly don't like the idea of 24 hours surveillance, but many of these flock cameras are catching things like this.

I doubt that will catch everyone. I propose gps implants for all citizens.

What's the use of catching him when judges refuse to charge them and release them the same day?

Here's a better idea for our fellow white women. Self-Defense against being sucker punched in the street. Dont think they'll do it again

Phones are virtually “GPS implants”. Only the smart criminals ditch them and most crimes are acts of impulse instead of strategic planning.

A sucker punch is hard to defend in any way.
I propose mutilation with a spoon and vice grips after the perp is released on bond.

Yes it is. Stay alert, and maintain space. Simple defensive cover up if approached would help. Sad that this is a thing to have to worry about.
I wish a vigilant woman in a risky environment, would wear some brass knuckles and make the news by making a soup sipper out of one.
