I am about to turn it off not because of the speech but because who ever did the audio setup needs to be fired. There is too much echo in the room and at times I can hear Biden’s voice clipping.

Biden is taking credit for bringing back chip production to the US when it was Trump who was pushing to get manufacturing repatriated.
