Meh, even when a heterosexual man who women don't find sexually attracted is just being friendly to women in the workplace, some of those women will accuse him of making them feel "uncomfortable" and being a "sexual predator".

I've dated a chick I worked with, but the way O'Reilly does it sure is expensive.

I'm straight. I don't hit on everything in a skirt that passes by. Those that do can do so at their own peril. I don't dip my pen in the company ink.

Liberals love to twist language to demean their enemies. Unfortunately for them it will backfire when people stop caring about those labels completely because they don't mean anything any more. If everyone is a racist, no one is a racist.

And you are a freaking retard.

Not hard to do if you aren't a freaking tard.

No shite. Believe it or not, you can be heterosexual and not go around the office making lewd sexual comments and grabbing women's asses all day.
I'm the LAST person to be accused of being PC, but for fricks sake, having respect for yourself and others doesn't make you gay. Guys like the OP make me cringe.

I don't believe a word of any of this until it goes to court and I can evaluate the evidence.
I treat these stories just the same as I do the 'racism' charges that are hurled about anytime a dim/lib wants to take down a political opponent. DEMs are now in the business of character assassination and when you have the black population and the female population eager to provide you all the fodder you need, it is best to be suspicious of all of this crap.
O'Reilly is al old school - as am I - "society" has imposed a lot of "rules" that are just social constructs for advancement of some other goal. Sexual harassment is just another nebulous charge that can be hauled out anytime you run out of other avenues of attack.

could be - but he is probably an arse to a lot of men also. The dude seems to be an asshat to me = I don't see any cuddly 'feelz' in his makeup. That's a far cry from sexual harassment.
To me they would have to prove that he made frequent physical contacts and/or made quid pro quo offers of job advancement/security in exchange for sexual favors. The kind of thing that the feminist hero WILLIAM JEFFERSON CLINTON did.
After the feminist acceptance of Clinton, I reject all their wailing and whimpering.

You need to realize you can't say stupid shite or make sexual advancements to women at work. Pretty damn simple. If you have a problem with that, then you're the problem.
The workplace has always been one of the main places where single heterosexual men can meet single heterosexual women who they are sexually attractive to.
It is biologically natural for heterosexual men to be friendly to women they are sexually attracted to so they will assert themselves by just being friendly to them.
If those heterosexual woman are sexually attracted to the heterosexual man then it's just friendly flirting but if the woman is not sexually attracted to the heterosexual man then it is sexual harassment and the man is a sexual predator.
This is really the Sisterhood trying to make being a normal heterosexual man into being considered a pervert and a sexual predator.
The Sisterhood wants to make it illegal for heterosexual men to do what heterosexual men are biological wired to do which is to try to find a mate.
Instead, the Sisterhood wants men to be forced to let heterosexual women be the only ones who are able to try to find a mate.

The use of this term (and many others such as sociopath and psychopath) really pisses me off.
Whomever refers to all men as sexual predators are welcome to come to the hospital where I work to interact with a few real sexual predators. For example, come assist in the treatment of the guy who raped and bit the ear off of a female teenager. You're welcome.

and you do this by paying them no mind.
When they flirt or show interest, know it is not you, but something ulterior motive driving them.
A woman will use a powerful man as much as a powerful man uses a vulnerable woman.
I am sure a few of these "victims" weren't as innocent as they sound.
If you are a man in the workplace with power or prestige, you must guard yourself at ALL TIMES against all women--especially those who put on a front that they are interested and want your "help".
Walk away, no run away, as Joseph did in the bible. Run fast as freak. Opposite way.

You speak wisely. A lot of people were giving Mike Pence flak for his personal conviction about not being alone with a woman who isn't his wife, but there are practical benefits to that. He doesn't open himself up to exploitation and he doesn't get tempted to do something he doesn't otherwise want to do. It's a protection for himself, his wife, his family, his faith, and any woman who he might otherwise be with.

That is unless she is sexually attracted to him. Then it's OK.

I told this true story years ago. Time for a repeat. It was in the news about 10 years ago. Two male co-workers were in their Chicago office break lounge. No one else was in the lounge. Bob says to Mike "I've got two tickets to the Bulls game. Want to come along?"
Mike: "Sure, but I'll have to ask my wife first."
Bob: "Aw man, you're pussy whipped."
At the moment Bob said that last line a female co-worker was passing down the hall and heard it through the open door of the lounge. She reported Bob for using the term 'pussy whipped' and making her feel uncomfortable even though he never saw her in the hall.
Bob got fired.

Bill O'Reilly doesn't seem to be the hill you want to die on. Yes, a guy getting fired because of one awkward joke is probably overkill, but this doesn't seem to be that sort of situation.
