She is arguing that creating majority black voting districts is making right the wrong perpetrated by whites to discriminate against blacks in the past.
Her argument is flawed, unless ketanji-brown assumes that blacks are inherently, as a race, less intelligent than whites. It is flawed because once you insure that there are no barriers to blacks voting the need to remedy the situation is gone. It is flawed because permanently disabled people always need ADA help.

I didn't say I agree with her but the tweet is click bait. Here is the quote from the imbedded tweet (the one that appears without clicking).
