It’s not about what was leaked it’s about having constant leaks.
Trump 1.0 had non stop leaks, Trump 2.0 was supposed to stop that.

It wasn’t that big of a deal because it was sent to a reporter, but it could’ve been a big deal if it was sent to someone who leaked it before the attack occurred.
