Fair point....when you start adding concerts during the week or weekend.
With AA Center you had easy access with rail if you lived across town. You will have to drive to a Stars/Mavs game now.

It's no more than Houston experiences for the Astros downtown. It's not that bad and there's a train station right there so you can ride in and avoid traffic and walk right in.

Alex Stein needs to pop in on one of the city council meetings in KCMO and give the same business to Mayor Quinton Lucas for botching the Chiefs deal and losing them to Kansass.

deep ellum! just east of downtown but close.

i remember going to THE BONE bar in deep ellum back for the 2002 cotton bowl when LSU played texas. we had a blast. stayed at adams mark hotel.
