Just stating what I see. Feel free to correct me where I said something inaccurate.
However, to directly respond to your very shortsighted construct, the answer is no. I don’t believe there is any government or man made manipulation of the weather.
I am not one of those HAARP freaks who thinks we can manipulate molecules to make crop circles or cause hurricanes.
But those folks are out there, and they have the same weather data as everyone else. Prove me wrong and tell me they won’t come to the same type of harebrained conclusion.

He's not wrong about 1 and 3 and maybe not 2, and not completely wrong about 5 as far as child sex rings being run via orders for consumer goods used as code to order child prostitutes/sex slaves, some catering to rich/powerful people.

I think that I'm going to apply for a patent for an automatic dingleberry harvester. Then will give Jones the idea that this is for food of the future.
