If you are in a position where you have to publicly admit that a terrible mass shooting that killed innocent children was, in fact, real, then you are an absolute clown.

Dude sucks arse and always has.

The worst part is being made aware of it by the other side (so the other side did their ethical duty) and then not doing anything to assert privilege over those records. It doesn't take a high dollar attorney to know that if you accidentally send something like that, and the other side informs you of it, that you have to take swift action to protect the information.
I've not followed the case. What privilege is claimed to apply to Jones' telephone records? Did it include texts with his attorneys? (Incidentally, this is why I have informed clients that I will UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES communicate by text message, other than to say "give me a call.")

It sounds as if they are simply saying that something was accidentally produced which was not responsive to any discovery request, but (again) I've not followed the case.

Which one? Both of the slurry word jumblers urged people to get jabbed. Though Trump was much more quiet about it especially after he got boos for pushing it at that rally in Alabama.

The attorneys for Alex Jones accidentally sent the entire digital record of Jones’ cell phone to the plaintiff attorneys. When notified about this the defense did not attempt to have that record sequestered as privileged. This revealed that Jones perjured himself during depositions.

This was all intentional. Jones is fricked and knows it. He pushed all his reasonable lawyers away and now is having these basically random pull this who he can get a mistrial due to lack of competent representation.

It’s okay to be conservative and think Alex Jones is an idiot. He gets some things right, but he’s still an idiot.

Or incompetent attorneys take your pick

In any event Bill Skakespeare was correct.

I'm not calling anyone a clown and haven't participated in any of these experiments but your point is noted.

This dude seems to be competent and experienced. Former AUSA BigLaw, etc.

That’s what makes it so bizarre that he didn’t do anything in the ten days from the initial disclosure.

Unfortunately for Jones that's a very high hurdle to clear
Not to mention he was under a court order to disclose some of these things anyway and failed to do so. Nevertheless, it gives him another lever to pull to shift blame to his attorneys when he addresses his audience of rubes.

He’s already been defaulted. This is just damages.

From Twitter, it seems the phone also shows him moving money out of the entities he subsequently bankrupted.

That’s going to really get interesting in that did the disclosure reveal some type of bankruptcy fraud. Attorney-client privilege doesn’t apply when you conspire to commit a crime, but arguably the attorney wasn’t in on the crime so who the fricks knows.

Alex was set up by the deep state. His attorneys are in on it.

His attorney sure tried like hell the whole time for a mistrial. Asked after every witness testimony.

I'm just a dummy who has never had to go to court, but let me ask this question.

How is Jones really fricked if he and his organization is legitimately bankrupt?

If that (the bankruptcy) is the case, doesn't some mega-judgment go away and Jones goes on his merry way?
