Once again none of them would be remotely conservative by American standards.
They’d be left of center states that consistently give electoral votes and the Senate to Dems. At best you’re getting Maine, but really you’re getting Oregon.

Even if they were traditional conservtives, it wouldn't be long before West Coast/Northwesterners with the liberal mind virus would move there for the pretty scenery/escape-from-crime and infect the new state(s) voting in looney lib leaders. They'd eventually end up as more blue electoral votes.
