Sessions isn't it. The lobby world has never been completely fond of him and he's too anti-China for their tastes.

Sessions actually stopped two massive immigration amnesties that would’ve turned Texas and Arizona blue forever.

- The 2007 John McCain - Ted Kennedy Amnesty bill being heavily pushed by President Bush 43 at the time.

- The 2013 Gang of 8 bill that was being pushed by Lindsey Grahamnesty and Little Marco.

Amnesty and cheap foreign labor lobbyists despise Sessions and will never forget and forgive him for cock blocking their amnesty dreams.

All I know about her is her work with the Business Council of Alabama though. I don't know much about her views unrelated to business.

Wasn't she Shelby's Chief of Staff?

Yes, which means she would most likely have his backing. She resigned as his chief of staff when she got the gig with Business Council of Alabama.

John Merrill will also likely run.

Katie Boyd Britt

A quick google search shows she’s a chamber of commerce flunky and has focused on nothing but business issues her entire professional life.

Yeah that’s not a good first impression for people like me who want candidates that are great for America First and populist conservatism.

I stated this two years ago that Mo should run. We should hear something soon!

Would love to have him in the Senate. His continued defense of Trump would only help him in this state.

I voted for anyone other than Shelby for the last couple of times. He's the definition of a big gov't, big spending Republican. frick that guy. Glad he's gone.
