Exposing a liar as a closeted Lesbian isn't really going after someone. It is simply telling the truth. Nothing wrong with that.
Alright, well start airing out all your things you’d like to keep private about your personal life. Especially something you would do with another consenting adult.
Do you even really believe in personal privacy? Would you be alright with me throwing out accusations that at the moment are just that, accusations?
Eta: I don’t even really care about the Alabama race, I’m not from Bama nor do I live there, I’m just confused as to your anti-privacy stance.

3 Weeks to go. Patricia Todd got it out there, but at the end of the day, all she said was she heard the rumors. Unless something with a little more substance comes out, it won't move the needle that much. It might force a runoff with Battle, but that seems like a stretch at this point. Best case scenario for Dawson and Battle is that it brought people's eye to a GOP Primary that was getting zero attention relative to past races.
I'll say this though, Dawson knew what he was doing with that PC yesterday. That was a complete setup. People knew the Gay rumors would eventually come out and I'm certain there's an attempt to orchestrate it.

Do you want us to have a good baseball team or not?

And her orientation matters how...?
It should matter if she is good or bad at the job.

I can't help but think that many of our friends on the left want the Dawson Boogeyman to run against

Every ad, no matter the GOP candidate, and no matter the position they are running for, mentions the following:
- Pro gun
- Conservative Christian
- Family
- Bible
- Trump
The Dale Peterson Ad from 2010 ( Thugs & Criminals) will always be the GOAT Alabama Political ad. It was as if SNL did a skit. The irony is that Peterson ended up being a common criminal.
I know a guy who ran for statewide office as a Democrat a few years ago. Seeing him shooting a pistol in an ad was one of the funniest/saddest things I've ever seen.

If you are lgbt in 2018 America, there is no reason to hide or deny anything. Unless you're running on the Republican ticket in many areas of the country.
Reading the article I believe the issue is someone who is gay calling out Ivey for not being forthcoming.

Was it a Moore ad that mentioned DMV questions and exhorted, "You're in America. Speak English!"?
I now agree with the sentiment but the commercial itself was fricking hilarious.

I get sooo tired of the political commercials! The same formula over and over....I could write them! "I support Donald Trump, the 2nd Ammendment, am a Christian conservative, blah, blah, blah." Bill Hightower is the only candidate discussing policy.
I think it's almost blasphemous for them to proclaim they're Pro-life, just for the votes, because there isn't a single one of them actually doing anything about overturning Roe v. Wade.
If you aren't going to sponsor legislation, or support efforts to overturn Roe v. Wade, stop saying you're Pro-life just to get votes.

I'm not completely opposed to a lottery, I just hate going into impoverished areas in states that have a lottery and see so many people in there buying a stack of scatch-offs in desperation. It's depressing as hell.
But my support for Maddox is more about the person he is, and what he'd bring to the office. It's highly doubtful he'll get any of those proposals through a Republican dominated legislature. I think he has the personality and charisma to bridge the divide between R's and D's in the legislature, and be a check on some of the ridiculous bills the R-dominated legislature passes. I think he'd also be a better face for the state than Ivey, who looks to have the R nomination secured.

That was Tim James. It was one of the first ads of that kind. He knew exactly what he was doing with that too. James was like an early version of Trump. Ran on being a businessman and stopping illegals. If it wasn't for the Finebaum/Nick Saban salary joke, he'd probably be our governor right now. Kind of surprised he didn't run again.
