It's honestly not that much different than what AL already had. Biggest change may be that retail stores can only operate with 50% of the customer capacity than they are normally allowed.

I'm waiting to see if we reach a point similar to when fans rush the field after a big win? Sure, the first few guys might get tackled by the cops, but eventually when 4000, 5000, 6,000 come pouring over the gates the cops just get out of the way.

Jefferson County, AL Health Officer is planning to ask for state permission to issue even more stringent shelter-in-place orders for Jefferson County (i.e., stricter than what the state stay-at-home order does).
