do you think arbery was jogging?
Arbery was obviously jogging. He may also have been casing a construction site for later theft ... or not.

The two are not mutually-exclusive.

ill believe it when they show the dent on the vehicle.

thank you for the link.

The "he said" is Roddy. He told police that day how he tried to take him out and wished he did to prevent him from getting shot. He also gave a blow by blow of the 4 times he tried to angle him off the road.

So you think a special agent for the Georgia Bureau of Investigations lied about it under oath?

The FBI does it all the time. Is the GBI any different?

possibly to help himself with a more lenient sentence. there should be a video of pictures of the dent correct?

There wouldn’t have to be a dent. The defendant said he tried to hit Aubrey. He could have missed. Furthermore it’s possible to hit someone and not dent the vehicle, right?

But you are so deep in this mess that you are to the point where you ignore what you want to believe and you believe what you GWant to believe if it fits your narrative You have already made up your mind and really do not know everything that happened.

Not on the day Arbery was shot.

Do you think Arbery was responsible for every theft that occurred in that neighborhood? What evidence do you have for that?

I have no idea.

I just think holding up state law enforcement as an example of someone who would never lie is a little odd given what we’ve seen over the last few years.

according to the law which i posted earlier, they had every right to stop him under the georgia citizens arrest law.

2010 Georgia Code
TITLE 17 - CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
CHAPTER 4 - ARREST OF PERSONS
ARTICLE 4 - ARREST BY PRIVATE PERSONS
§ 17-4-60 - Grounds for arrest

O.C.G.A. 17-4-60 (2010)
17-4-60. Grounds for arrest

"A private person may arrest an offender if the offense is committed in his presence or within his immediate knowledge. If the offense is a felony and the offender is escaping or attempting to escape, a private person may arrest him upon reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion."

they believed arbery just burglarized the house.

"a private person may arrest him upon reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion."

thats the law.

This is only true if the following is reasonable

quote:

they believed arbery just burglarized the house.

I'm not sure it was reasonable

Based on what, the table saw he was carrying in his back pocket? What did they think he stole, a nail?

Nothing presented so far that I have seen indicated that a crime was committed by Arbery in front of the defendants or they had immediate knowledge of him committing a felony.

But if that’s their defense then they will have a real opportunity to prove it in court.

Of course I am. Anybody who doesn’t blindly accept what a state employee says in court can’t possibly be intelligent.

Ummmm.....

When a police officer who responded to the shooting asked Greg McMichael if Arbery had broken into a house, he told the officer: "That’s just it. I don’t know ... I don’t know.

It’s not enough to believe Arbery burglarized a house. They needed to have direct knowledge of it.
