Are you claiming the police report from the owner is top secret? Because every recent police report from the neighborhood was gone through (as one of your earlier posts even noted).

I provided Him proof that the homeowner never filed a police report. Every other local news outlet reported the exact same thing but they are all lying or it is their “interpretation.” Dude is a fricking clown.

The homeowner”s attorney also stated to multiple news outlets that no police report was ever filed. Is that the lawyers “interpretation too?”

Yes, and he’s trolling you.
He makes you prove everything, argues about your sources and then says he died by have to prove anything because the burden of proof is on you.

He is making a fool of himself and knows yet he continues to stick to his guns.
I am curious if he will have the nerve to show his face again after making an arse of himself.

More facts will come out at the trial.
I think the two yahoos were out of control, and deserve punishment for what they did. But the DA has to prove that in court. The defendants will have to present their side if the story.
After its all out there perhaps we will learn something we didn’t know. That’s usually the case.

He was not on probation at the time

five years of probation for carrying a gun onto the high school campus in 2013, a year after graduation, and shoplifting from a Walmart store in 2017, a charge that extended that probation up until the time of his death.

You are right. I was thinking of his original probation and forgot the Walmart incident extended it.

No. Just that just because you don't hear the media talking about it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
It took a good year+ for police reports to surface about his "jogger" excuse when caught inside people's homes. He even had earned the nickname "the jogger" in his own neighborhood because of his crappy excuse.

So you state things as fact
How do you get that from me saying "if the property owner has reported items stolen"?

If you have a direct quote from the lawyer saying as much, no.

Correct. And Pluto could be made of provel cheese.

Shut up you hack, you've been wrong about quite literally everything (immediate knowledge, case law for immediate knowledge, the law only requiring intent, whether past behavior can be used to determine intent, etc.) save the gun pointing in the video.

This thread has moved far away from the original question of whether or not the Confederate flag license plate should be allowed as evidence

My bad, this occurred exactly how the media portrayed it. There's no facts of the case left out intentionally (besides the ones I just mentioned) to alter public opinion. Not sure why I'm being so skeptical on the matter...

I understand your skepticism.
But you can’t base an argument on an absence of evidence here.

Yea sorry about that. I'll stick to the topic as I don't think any of the common posters here have left anything off the table. At this point we're rehashing the exact same thing.
I understand how unpopular of an opinion this will be, but I don't have an issue with the license plate being used. Racial prejudice does exist below the systemic level, and if they can piece together enough evidence through social media posts and the like I don't see why the courts should disallow it.
That said, I also think Arbery's past records are fair game and should be allowed. Pretty sure the judge didn't allow those records to be presented though.

For what? Arbery grabbed the shotgun. He literally tried to disarm a man holding a shotgun. It's on video.
He wasn't getting out of their alive. He did what he thought was his best chance of surviving.

Having family in the residential and commercial construction business, and having helped out a crap ton, for me installing cameras, motion sensors, then contacting neighbors when you get hits on either suggests things were being stolen. Arbery had a long history of jogging and stealing, he was caught there at least twice (one confirmed camera shot was him, and Travis McMichael confronted him there two weeks prior). To me, I'm just putting two and two together.
So I wouldn't say it's complete absence.

I haven’t found a poster who brings up this “he tried to grab the gun” argument who admits that the gun was pointed at him before he grabbed it. Nor do they want to discuss the fact that Roddie Bryan hit Arbery with his vehicle prior to the final confrontation.
