Did you actually read my post? I'm not placing the blame on the victim and I plainly said that they may have broken the law to get to that point. I'm refuting a claim that he was shot because they may have seen a video of him stealing.

Yes, of course. They've called them "rednecks", " Hicks ", referred to them as a "clan", and taken countless liberties to claim a malicious intent where no evidence at all exists. Some of these people even boldly claim Arbery was randomly hunted down and slaughtered like wild game. "Like the good ole days of the Klan!" (Which is a Hollywood mythology all its own).

Then, when challenged, refer to the letter of the law, as though a technical reading of the law has anything to do at all with the character of these men. So what you really have is an intense need to vilify three White men who were apparently acting in defense of their neighbors, a key behavior in a functional society, while excusing an absolutely worthless thug piece of shite.
