While I did enjoy the written tongue lashing he gave Wray in that letter...
He did not say that he would stop the fbi from doing anything or that he intended to do so.
It basically says we don’t like you, here’s why, and your actions will break MO law.
So when the fbi shows up in counties and accesses the records, whether with or without the sheriffs’ consent, then what?

The Platte County Sheriff’s Office was one of several sheriff’s departments chosen for an audit by the FBI of concealed carry weapons (CCW) permits.
This was in your article that you posted.
And then this…
quote:
Some of the information in your email leads us to believe that portions of the audit may seek information or the review of records which would be in violation of Missouri law.” Holland goes on to say that “While our office has no problem providing information related to ensuring our compliance with applicable CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) security regulations, we cannot violate the laws of the State of Missouri in the process.” Holland told The Landmark that “Obviously, any information requested as part of the audit that doesn’t violate Missouri law or infringe on any rights of citizens such as security protocols, identification of our personnel, things of that nature, will be responded to appropriately.”
Did you even read your link?

Is missouri not a constitutional carry state?

I’d like red state governors to expel all members of the FBI from their states and close down any facilities they’ve been using.

He could have just written to Wray that the Missouri law prevents disclosure, case closed.
Glad to know the AG has the back of the citizens, but the grandstanding was unnecessary political posturing.

I don't even think the gnome guy is stupid enough to believe this. You've lost it, Mickey.

Just trust us bro. Let us in. We're from the FBI and we're here to help keep you safe.
