I think they have the warrant but the info pertaining to the warrant is sealed.

This is a serious question, because I don't know. If a warrant is sealed by court order is a party to the warrant able to legally publish it without the court okaying it?

Why on earth would they think it prudent to share the warrant? What good would be gained?
This isn't Trump's investigation, he's just the target.

If it exonerates Trump, what does it matter when? Evidence will be the same now or later. Will help piss people off if it’s what they are claiming.

The idea that they didn't get a warrant is pretty silly and I don't know where it spread from.
It doesn't hurt to have the warrant, why is anyone making a big deal out of this?

FOX also had a constitutional lawyer that said AG Garland said he had no knowledge of this and that he left these decisions to be made to lower level agents? No way that is true right? I haven't seen that anywhere

If I had a theory it would just be speculation. Speculation isn't worth anything. For something that may be important like this, I'd like to see the source documents.

It was never a question of did a warrant exist. People want to know what supporting information/documentation was used to obtain the warrant.

They didn’t get a warrant until it was over is what is being claimed…. So lawyers weren’t able to watch and ensure they only took what warrant allowed.

I can't believe either. The WH not knowing about the press conference is more believable than the other but neither are true. I mean, Jesus, could you imagine some low level office okaying a raid on a former President without someone like the AG even being given a heads up? It's laughable.
