A present vote still count towards the quorum, right? So that wouldn’t lower the number of votes needed.
Incorrect

What does that do to the margin?
I’m 99.9% certain he’ll vote in the follow-up roll call.
So probably nothing.

It would effectively serve as a present.

Is he not voting so he can counting to make sure he can vote present and Hakeem Commies doesn’t win by accident? He was sitting in there?

It was probably done on purpose.

My parliamentary rules are a bit rusty is a quorum of those present. If 100 in attendance and you need 50, does not matter if present or no or no vote. Only not being there changes the number
This reminds me of manchin on every vote… grease my palm to get your votes. Another sad day in America by the ruling elites.
Luna, enjoy your 2 yrs bc crist is taking it back

How so? Rosendale and Gaetz 2nd vote should be for Jordan. I think he misses it by what 1/2 votes
Posted on 1/6/23 at 9:41 pm to Wednesday
so Rosendale will be the deciding vote?

Look at the Dim Drones spring to their feet and clap like circus seals when Hakeem "the liar" Jeffries votes for himself...
