There have been no less than 5 formal land offerings to the Palestinians, made by Israel, since its formation. Some covered as much as 95% of the land they were demanding. They decline every time because their stated goal is the destruction of Jews globally.

The same legal elements apply to each. The only difference is your emotions are easily manipulated by skyscreaming corporate media propaganda. The Kavanaugh protesters were guilty of the exact same charges and were released on their own recognizance, then advised that if they returned they couldn't be bailed for another day or two because of the weekend. This logic is so granular, that nothing is ever “the same”. You are retreating into an untenable intellectual hole to defend your original, weak arguments. Perhaps you can provide some insight & clarity as to why the identical law that J6ers were charged with/convicted for breaking was not applied/enforced upon the groups of activists/protesters that descended on the homes of Supreme Court justices subsequent to the "Roe v. Wade" decision.
