Hearing it is this Victor guy. They attempted to pull him over on Wednesday evening and he shot at police and escaped. They have been looking for him since then.

So what are they? What are Spaniards? What about the Spanish descendants who live south of the border? I don't remember an in-between race category. Many who live south of the border are descendants of indigenous people. They are indigenous just like the American Indians. And then there are others.
