Crazy gun control laws that never work. Criminals always will have access to guns and they don't give a crap out laws. If concealed carry were allowed, he never would have been able to shoot anyone. He is walking calmly with a rifle at his side. Anyone with a hand gun could have stopped him by approaching him from behind. Make him put his weapon down. Then have someone call the cops.

That’s how it works on tv.
IRL, anyone carrying a sidearm who’s ever had any training knows, you don’t draw your weapon to threaten someone. You draw it to neutralize the threat HE poses.
In short, you never pull it and point it without intention of using it.
