What is there not to believe? I have been told by several JO's they are resigning there commission and many junior enlisted are dead set on refusing the shot.
I do believe some are just taking the opportunity to separate. Miltary leadership are underestimating the shitstorm this is going to cause in regards to readiness. The Army and MC will take the biggest hits.

Here's what people don't understand about Article 92.
If the President is illegitimate, any orders he or his administration demand are unlawful, but that doesn't make your commander's order unlawful.

I agree. I would prefer it not be mandated but it is an order that we are required to follow or face the consequences.
The issue is a lot of people who hold critical skills and capabilities that the government spent time and money to cultivate are going to get out. Also people (mostly first enlistment personnel who think they made a mistake in joining) are going to use this as an excuse to get out.
What I see happening is the first group will be made an example of by separating them in hopes of convincing more people to take the shot(s). If that doesn't work then the deadlines will be shifted to the right. Eventually someone will have to make the decision of sub optimal readiness or remove the mandate.
I may be wrong but talking to my Army and MC peers this is a bigger deal than the general population recognizes.
I had a young sailor this morning sign an administrative remarks form to be entered in his record and wrote " i will not under any circumstances be taking the covid 19 shot"

If they ever make good on their threat to prosecute retired personnel under UCMJ it will get so much worse. To my knowledge, no retired officer has ever had this happen.

Did u refuse to take any of the other required vaccines since enlistment if not and there was is no issues with those why would u risk losing ur VA benefits u have earned for life on a principle u have already not followed? I'm a retired Air Force E8 and took every required vaccine in my 26 yrs to include Anthrax because that's what I and u signed up for to obey orders not pick and choose. Good luck with future based on decision not to follow orders. and yes I have taken Covid vax as a civilian. Thanks for ur service

Be sure to go to behavioral health and document you are distressed by being forced out. It should be an Adjustment Disorder diagnosis for C&P. People with dishonorable discharges claim this kind of shite all the time and get a check for life. At least you have a real case for being screwed over.
